2010 A Busy Year Already! (warning: this is a long post!)

So I have not blogged since wishing you all a Happy New Year so here is a picture sampling of the first 2 weeks of the new year! Its been busy and fun to say the least!!

Here we are ringing in the New Year with friends! Lots of fun and laughs and a great way to start the year!

New Year's Day we got a plane and headed to St. Louis. Our good friend Rich was getting married and we had the chance to spend the weekend with my BF, Karen! We also had lunch with Brian's cousins and their families!

So here are some fun pics from the weekend, including eating Ted Drewes famous frozen yogurt in 18 degree weather!! It was a great time of celebrating a new marriage and hanging with great friends. Congratulations to Rich and Rachel and their new life together!

Mr. and Mrs. Rich Smith!!

Can you tell its snowing in this picture? It really was!! We loved it!

Here we are on the airplane headed to St. Louis (I know, my pictures are kinda out of order)

Yes it really was 18 degrees!!!

Here's the family picture!! Brian's cousins, Mike and Dave and their wives and children!
Lunch was at The Hard Rock Cafe

Union Station

So home from St. Louis and back to work we went. Then another weekend of wedding and fun!

This past weekend Alan and Sara got married and we were happy to lend a helping hand preparing for the big day!! After a busy day of prepping, wedding, and reception we went to see the DALLAS COWBOYS play!! Some friends invited us to go to the play off game with them and we were thrilled to go!! And after a very busy first two weeks of the year this weeks should be a little slower and not quite as exciting!

What a lot of celebrating you've had so far in this New Year, Amy! Glad you got to "enjoy" some of our cold temps. Bet you're glad you missed the below zero mornings we had the past two or three days, though. Felt like a heat wave today when it hit 40 :)

Yay for a trip to St. Louis! I went to school for a year there. Love Union Station and experienced Ted Drewes only once!

Jeff went to college in St. Louis. I love Ted Drewes. I think we were crazy like you guys one night when it was FREEZING to stand outside and wait for that yummy cup of custard!
