Okay..I just had to get that out. Its Monday, a beautiful day, but I am in PAIN!! Do you know that if you go to the gym and work-out for an hour and a half..it brings you PAIN!!??
Today I find myself in a constant state of "Ouch". My arms are the worst which makes every movement in Sign Language class very interesting!! I am thankful for the "ouch" in the sense that it means the workout I did last Saturday worked..it worked well!
All this is a result of being back on "the wagon". What wagon do you ask? The Healthier Life Wagon. Eating better, more intentionally, and going to the gym are the basics. The results? Well I hope they are feeling better, more energy and weight loss. So far..so good. 3.5 lbs down and a bunch of sore muscles..I guess I am off to a good start. Now to endure the "race" until "running" is a daily habit....a good habit!
